Community Tasting Notes 1

May 25, 2016 - Immediate impression of thick, dense and concentrated white wine while watching them pour, then swirling, and on approach to the nose and lips. Real Napa Valley, top of the line, premium Chardonnay that is exquisitely vibrant and alive. Ridiculous deep golden color. Extremely rich and creamy while easily maintaining it's soft elegance. Seamless transformation on the palate from ripe orchard fruit like apple, pear and peach to crisp tropical fruit. Has the richness from judicious use of oak. Even a touch of Stags Leap volcanic terroir.
