  December 18, 2021 - Aroma: melon, honeysuckle, pineapple, guava, lime and cardamom.
  Palate: lemon, pineapple, crisp and bright mouth feel, medium acidity with a long finish. Pairs great with guacamole and chips. The crispness of the wine cuts through the creaminess of the avocado. Same profile on day 2. 89-90

  March 20, 2019 - I love this wine but found an older bottle buried in the Cave. Getting tired, and lost the vibrancy that makes it special. Drink up.

  December 26, 2018 - Crisp and very enjoyable. Paired well with turkey dinner and also drank well on its own after dinner. Good acidity and bright flavors would seem to indicate that this wine will continue to evolve and should easily pass through the current 2018 drinking window. 2020?
