March 9, 2024 - Just perfect, made us so happy. Just incomparable with steak. Exactly what I wanted it to be, at just the right moment in its life. So glad I aged it to this point. Throws a great deal of sediment so beware.

June 2, 2021 - 89 Granate oscuro. Nariz tímida, leves notas animales, sin molestar. Regaliz, algo de pimiento. En boca se ha redondeado, y hay un vino muy civilizado, con buena estructura, equilibrio y un final de boca sabroso y elegante. Este productor necesita tiempo de afinado, está claro. Agradable sorpresa.
