March 11, 2020 - dried fruit, leather, a bit of savory crushed herbs, perhaps dried sage. Moderate tannin, with a very present acidity that cries out for food.

February 29, 2020 - Crisp, balsamic, raisins, aromatic tannin. Good with food, but ver layered.

December 4, 2018 - Dark garnet color with impressive clear rim. Prunes, raisins, stewed plumb. Slight mineral, abundant oak. Pronounced, shaggy tannins, but acidity still present. It was better after 90 minutes, but I think it would have been best 5 years ago.
EDIT: I feel like I should add 3 bonus points for the really cool bottle shape!

October 27, 2017 - really liked how this wine had a funky barnyard nose but then nice acidic fruit.

May 29, 2017 - Grapey, extracted smell, almost pruney. Acidic, minimal tannins. Does not taste 11 years old. This was a complete surprise to me. The acidity makes it better w food than without. Not like any other region I can think of.

November 2, 2016 - Needed a full day to mellow out. At first the acidity was too bright. Nice bottle age flavors, decent dried and stewed fruit notes, lovely wine, Bordeaux like qualities.

August 3, 2016 - A quite interesting wine. Feels like it shows the heat from the vintage. Would be interested in tasting another vintage when released. Scorched fruit and earth, coffee, prunes, raspberry compote. But then the wine hits the palate, and all the the same flavors are there is some lift in the wine with bright red fruits trying to show themselves, but never fully do.

January 27, 2016 - Enofusión 2016; 1/25/2016-1/27/2016 (IFEMA - Madrid): Smells of fruit wrapped in a plastic cover. Also it brings some minerality from anthracite .
Rich on the palate with licorice and bitter triggered a somewhat acidity.

Huele a fruta envuelta en una cubierta de plástico. También algo de mineralidad que aportaría la antracita.
Rico en boca con regaliz amargo y una acidez un tanto disparada.
