March 25, 2018 - Fruit forward with ripe peach and nuances of honey-floral nectar fragrance. Slightly nutty. Although it's a brut sparklings, it possessed an off-dry sweetness. Medium acidity balanced by the mild fruity sweetness providing a medium-full body amidst the fizziness. Smoother on mouthfeel rather. Closer to 4 rather than a 3.5, and also I personally prefer an off dry sparklings.
