June 11, 2016 - Tasting at Bay Grape. Best wine at the tasting. Something about Trousseau and a Pet'Nat. Has the distinctive mouth feel that is more fruit than the refreshing roundness but its an experience. Do try!

May 14, 2016 - Delicious sparkling wine! And how often can you try Trousseau -- I found it very creamy and fruity (lemon, sweet apple - not tart, pineapple flavors), with a round, soft, smooth finish. Very good on a hot day, and 11% alcohol.
