April 20, 2012 - At Bonefish restaurants (Tania's BD, Done's Villa Fulvia)w/Ahi Tuna Sashimi, perfect match. Mahogany, medium body, awful when I opened it, 6 hours opened & 2 decanted made it changed into an elegant one. It is possible going down the hill. Excellent
