April 22, 2024 - Bit of a disappointment. I'm usually a raving fan of this cuvee but this btl seems to be on the downslide. Never over fruited but this one was missing some fruit period. Just not usual sense of harmony and balance I've come to expect from Chevillon. Earlier btls were much better. 2 left, I'll try another later this year again.

April 16, 2023 - Understated, translucent, very lightweight and mild. A delicate wine, did well with a chicken thighs and mushrooms dish but aromatics were subtle. Ready now.

May 22, 2021 - Pale ruby. Aromas of pure pinot berry, crusty dark coffee, flowers. Simple pure flavors of red currant, cranberry, electric acids with a lovely fruit warmth, light aromatic tannins, long finish.
