February 3, 2016 - Beautiful! Sauvignon blanc from Loire. Puzelat brothers doing also a great job here in Touraine.
Le Buisson Pouilleux is like "the bad grass", cool name.
Biodynamic, natural wine, no intervention. Nice yellow color, unfiltered. Tamarind, grass, honey, some more alcohol than Cheverny.
Colder region. Old vines, fully manual crop. Our body thanks us for this. Could drink it every day without getting tired. Old fashioned way! Nice acidity, equilibrated, no chemicals. Great wine, great producer!
