July 17, 2021 - Apple, honeysuckle, pear, melon, lime, floral, minerals and very good acidity. Great body and richness. Best in its own. Didn’t pair with much of anything: corn, guacamole, who knows. This bottle was still fresh.

May 5, 2019 - Corked. Too bad...was very interested in this wine. We drank the bottle because well, I'm from the "waste not want not" school, but I couldn’t really judge it due to its flawed, off taste. It did seem to have richness of body and depth that I wasn't expecting for this type of wine.

January 3, 2019 - Getting a bit tired. Fruit has faded, but not been replaced by anything more interesting. Probably past its drink date.

March 29, 2018 - A full wine with good body. Notes of honeysuckle, pear, apple, melon, lime, lots of mineral taste and very good acidity. Good with food - especially the Italian hard cheese (alas, too hard for some).

February 11, 2018 - Too cold at first but drank some anyways. Extremely mineral in the palate, reminds me of a muscadet, but with more on the nose. Citrus all over it, very crisp, lemon, lime and maybe even a touch of grapefruit. Also has a slight melon note to it. No signs of oak or lees. This is mineral driven, but has more to back it up. Medium to diminished body, high acidity. Just a slight touch of something floral too, not honeysuckle, not sure what but just slight...
Very nice wine that is just begging for food. I’m getting no organic earth, just that mineral. As it warmed up may be a hint of phenolic bitterness in it too, but just a hint... I really like this wine, could be mistaken for a Sancerre blind, but doesn’t have the grassiness. It is uniquely it’s own wine...
