December 22, 2016 - Fortunate to locate a case of this, this wine is luscious, weighty and golden straw in appearance.
It shows elegance with a harmony of sweet berries, herbaceous tones and a refreshing hint of citrus. The minerality of the soil comes through with medium sweetness.(..enough so that it could be enjoyed at dessert)
The acidity and sweetness played very well when paired with the umami of Chinese food.
