January 3, 2017 - Opaque ruby in color, with aromas of burnt caramel and cedar.The initial flavor profile is sticky sweet like cherry cough syrup, followed by a taste of smokehouse almonds. It is difficult to see which way this wine wants to go, as it is disjointed and unstructured.
