May 17, 2018 - Nose recalls apple pastry, caramel corn, smashed oranges, coriander seed, cashew butter, hazelnut. Palate is an autolytic brioche nucleus surrounded by whorls of fresh citrus (lots of lime), bruised apples, more coriander spice, and perky bubbles. Amazing value for $, this bottle is wearing its age like a comfy smoking jacket.

November 24, 2016 - Baked apple pastry with some riper citrus fruit as well. Noticeable lees give character along with a rather steely minerality. Lots of finesse here with a rather fine mousse. Fantastic value for money and delicious with cured hams.

November 19, 2015 - Yeasty core accented with grapefruit aromas and a peculiar bergamot peel note. Rather mineral and smoky on the palate than fruity. Persistent and poised apart from the bitter edge on the aftertaste.
