April 27, 2021 - Funky aromas of motel mushrooms, black pepper, menthol and faint dark cherries. Medium bodied. Muted cherry fruit on the pallet with notes of black pepper and earth. Acidity is bright but the finish is quite short. Lots of sediment. Rugged and tart. Probably a bit past its prime.

April 17, 2018 - Sangiovese, Syrah & Cab. Very nice wine, medium body and clean taste. Could use more peppery taste but very good. Held up well for three days - good earthiness.
