September 18, 2019 - My final bottle of this vintage, and I have enjoyed them all. An atypical sauvignon blanc, with less grapefruit and more body and some honeyed tropical fruit notes that I never expect to see in a SB.

February 18, 2019 - Bear in mind we are tasting a five year old white wine!
Deep yellow/orange color with very high acidity and fruit to match, resulting in a pleasant richness.
Normally don't care much for Sauvignon Blanc, thought I'd give this a try. Enjoying. Minimal display of grassy or grapefruit, thankfully!
Pleasantly aromatic, perhaps slightly oxidized, rich, crisp, delicious. Will buy more, should be good for a couple more years.
Kermit Lynch website says Dipoli is more about the place than the grape, and a spectacular place Sudtirol is! Very enjoyable, even to those of us who don't normally enjoy Sauvignon Blanc.1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 13, 2019 - This bottle tasted more zippy, and had more grapefruit notes than the previous bottles, nonetheless, I really enjoyed it.
