September 13, 2017 - 3 añitos sobre añada, lo mínimio requerido para ver por donde van los tiros en un vino de calidad, sea el estilo que sea. Y punto.
Muy fino, muy fresco, muy mineral. Sencillo pero no simple, al grano. La boca es perfecta para comer, abosolutamente dominada por un un toque de tiza. Relativamente austero y muy definido. Liviano pero cañero. Rectitud. -

July 13, 2016 - Gorgeous yellow colour. Great nose! Really intense fruit... loads of mango and pinapple plus apricot. Fantastic flavour in the mouth. Fruity, but balanced well by the acidity. Fantastic focus in the mid-palette. In the glass this evolves quite substantially in a short amount of time. The tropical fruit notes are replaced by fresh apple with oxidative components. Really beautiful. This is a very fun wine to enjoy over a couple of hours, and an excellent way to train your palette.
