June 6, 2020 - Time was well served on this, as we found it to be notably better than a few years back. Crisp and clean with notes of pear, paired very well with spicy Thai coconut curry stir fry.

April 24, 2018 - Holunderblüte, mineralisch, Buchsbaum ist sehr dezent. geschmeidiger als andere Sancerre: fruchtig und (für Sancerre) dezente Säure.

April 3, 2018 - From half bottle: fresh on the palate cooled down directly from the fridge, with some warm up in the glass a little unstructured, grassy, flowered, the slightly gooseberry fruit is ending sweet, finishes quite long with some lively acidity, drink now and over the next few years, good pairing with fryed salmon, **+, 85- 87

January 20, 2018 - I though that this was excellent. Not at the level of site specific wines from Boulay, F. Cotat and P. Cotat but really really good. Nose citrus fruits, ginger, quinine and minerals. Bright, clean and crystal-clear. Succulent yellow fruits beautifully balanced by an acidic citrus element and salty stoniness. Love this stuff. Thought I had already opened the last bottle and found this one in a case of other wines. I am pretty sure it is all gone now.

June 2, 2017 - While I like the other Boulay Sancerre's, this one is not nearly as interesting to me. Nevertheless, it has elderflower fruit, more roundness, than juicy acidity and a medium finish. A slight sweetness to the finish as well.
