September 11, 2018 - Pizzeria in Chiavenna. Already quite mature with ethereal and balsamic notes, on the palate full and round, very smooth, long finish, superb to pizza with porcini and as always a good choice. Not sure if it was perfectly cellared but this bottle seemed to be at peak and should not be stored much longer.

June 19, 2018 - From memory, roundly enjoyed at Nicola with chicken crespelle, light and fruity version of nebbiolo with a mildly tannic finish.
