Community Tasting Notes 1

January 19, 2024 - Popped and poured. Translucent light garnet, intense and effusive pinot essence, dried cherry, and sous bois on the nose. High acid with Pinot essence, dried cherries, shitake, with good mouthfeel, but high acid finish. Definitely needs food. May soften with more aeration. Will likely evolve very slowly.
