August 12, 2017 - Frothy big bubbles are an initial distraction from the firm, clean flavors -- I actually liked it better on day 2, although some would find it too flat by that point, there was enough fizz for me. There's a little white balsamic crossed with seaweed note not everyone will love. I served a still Gringet to a beer drinker recently but I bet he would have liked this better. A solid QPR and change of pace.
