December 30, 2020 - To my palate, this is drinking at peak and there’s no reason to continue to hold. The tannins are well integrated and the fruit is just beautiful – dark, rich, fragrant, and satisfying. If I had any complaint, it would be that I’d like to see just a touch of acidity to help provide some lift on the finish. But that’s a minor quibble, and this is otherwise a delicious wine.
