July 3, 2018 - Coravin tasting. Seems much better tonight than a few days ago. This time with beef bourguignon. Much more floral. Nice cherry flavours. Good intensity, medium acidity for Burgundy, some noticeable tannin. Longish finish. Slight bloody note to this that I often find in more mature burgundy.
