July 15, 2021 - Stellar grenache based wine.

April 24, 2021 - Nothing like the first bottle a year ago... not nearly as big and a bit rough. Bottle variation?

  • SMagowan Likes this wine: 96 points

December 22, 2020 - In a perfect window. Just a hint of sweetness balanced with a rich bouquet of intenses cherry flower scents and a mouth feel of Sonoran desert.

September 6, 2020 - No notes taken. Definitely needs decanting or a few hours open. Initially very firm tannins dominated. By a few hours later they had softened. Blue fruits and spice to the nose and good balance once the tannins softened. Will wait at least a few years for my last bottle.

August 17, 2020 - Classic Booker grenache. Rich and fruity, but not too much so. Drinking really well right now, but has a background that will allow for further changes (maybe the fruit will mute a little bit to reveal more earthiness).
