January 3, 2022 - This wine was perfectly stored and is still drinking well. This is a smooth, well-balanced wine with good fruit but should be consumed now since it probably will not get any better.

March 29, 2010 - This was one of the bottles of wine that I'd purchased in an auction for a benefit for the local symphony. I knew that it was probably first on the list to drink, and I suspect it would have been better last year than this. I'm giving it another day, since it had opened up quite a bit from when I first opened it. It was certainly pleasant enough. I'm hoping that it will have opened up more by tomorrow.

[Edit] It was much better the second night, but still, if this is in your cellar, you should drink it now.

November 18, 2009 - Held up nicely but the big rich fruitiness of Pepper Bridge was slouching on the couch and not entirely in a sexy, enticing way. Was pretty voluptuous 4years ago. Got one left to pop in a month or three.

September 6, 2009 - Took a bit to open up but then was bursting with berries, finishes with a hint of chocolate.

April 18, 2009 - Drinking well right now but on the start of the downhill slide. Very well balanced wine with lots of dark fruits, mocha, mud, and sweet herbs. Drink up!
