  February 26, 2021 - Let open for over an hour first night. More bite than I'm used to, not tannins. A little short on the finish. Nice fruit. Still drinkable but time to drink them up.

  December 12, 2020 - Thankfully, my last bottle of 3. Upon opening, a promising nose. Unfortunately, it didn't develop into anything special in the glass. Syrupy, dense, sweetish wine. Less pronounced alcohol than the bottle I had 2 years ago. Even though the label says 14.1%, I have hard time believing this is under 15%. Heavy wine, lacks elegance. Good match for grilled foods. Wouldn't enjoy on its own.

  August 30, 2020 - Spicy. Supple tannins. Very nice match to dry-brined, bone-in pork chops. Now may be within the optimum drinking window for this bottle.

  March 20, 2019 - High toned red fruit on the nose. Very thin body. Tart tart red fruit with a hint of fatty notes on the back end. Short finish.
