January 6, 2023 - Brought to drink at Oinoscent during service
Brilliant clear color , needs about an hour and a half to start shining though. Filled with fresh and dried versions of citrus, grapefruit, quince, almonds with some sweetish lanolin/wooly notes. Palate with mouth watering high acidity, almost full body, vibrant and a basket full of lemons. The wine just keeps on dancing in a long finish. Incroyable and nowhere near its 20yo birth certificate

August 20, 2019 - Aromatics of champagne and buckwheat, high acidity, very lively and intense unlike the big and plush 2009-2010 Francois Cotat we had alongside. Not as ripe as well. Relatively dense and tense.

July 8, 2019 - Wow, great showing. Floral, grapefruit, stony minerals, beeswax. There’s a honied sweetness but no real oxidation. Full, balanced, long. A-

October 27, 2018 - Amazing and salty for a 16 year old sauv blanc. Outrageous with crab legs!

August 17, 2018 - A private dinner with friends (at home): A slightly tired bottle, starts out fresh and floral but drifts off into yellow apple-and-honey territory quickly. Disappointing.
