  April 6, 2018 - Pale ruby color. Kind of shy nose showing mostly cherry candy and artificial red fruit aromas. There's a little touch of fresh herbs and almonds somewhere in the background. A little frizzante on the palate with tart acidity and weak intensity. Light to medium bodied and not much of a finish to talk about. Easy drinking and thirst quenching just like a mid-range lambrusco should be.
  
  Even though this is a simple wine it manages to take my mind to the streets of Modena and crushing a bowl of tortellini in brodo.

  February 26, 2016 - Pale ruby. Cherry liqueur, rose, slight too candied for my taste (nose). On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium plus finish, very intense flavours of sour cherry, raspberry. Well-balanced and elegant. A food wine.
