May 13, 2018 - Lovely dry sparkling rosé, with an endless stream of tiny bubbles. Went well with baked brie w/ almonds and apricot jam.

December 25, 2017 - Nice salmon pink color. Carmel and peach notes. Delicate red berry flavor but tart and crisp.
