January 13, 2018 - Pale silvery gold appearance. Nose is very perfumed, with floral, citrus, and stonefruit notes. Immediately crisp, with notes of grapefruit and nectarine coming through, then grapefruit rind as the acidity comes back. Fairly long but mellow linger. Everything blends together very nicely. Complex but still fun to drink!
