July 24, 2023 - Fruit factor (cherries, rasperry ans more), light but still a firework, that’s what Anne Gros wines are about. Great structure, i love this juice

February 27, 2017 - This was opened almost a month ago and 1/2 bottle remaining put in cold fridge. Let warm to 55 degrees tonight and...Wow, what a surprise! I thought it would be dead. Wild berry aromas with nice ripeness and a touch of new oak. Lovely. Nice penetrating sweet tart red berry fruit with nice balance. Young, but drinking well. Nice balance and impressive spice. Punches well above its weight. This should age and get better, but already a treat.

February 5, 2017 - Good Wine with an Exciting Super Bowl (Chez Kailin - Northbrook IL): Small glass, brief note. Bottle had been opened the day before, 1/2 consumed, then recorked and refrigerated. Next day this showed lots of bright red fruit with excellent density for Villages and nuanced spice and textures. Better than I recall from when tasted in Burgundy last year.

March 22, 2016 - Vosne Millésime - Noblesse des Clos Vougeot - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Tasting, brief note. Ripe red and black berries with baking spice. Very good textures, medium weight. A wine I almost always like and 2014 has the characteristics for a good Barreaux vintage.
