December 25, 2022 - Slow O'd for an hour. Followed over two days, with meals. Very full-flavored Pinot Noir, complex and spicy; a little heavy for my taste, but still delicious.

April 13, 2022 - While I reviewed this wine three years ago…I had to share an update with the CellarTracker community. If you can find an Aubert Pinot Noir… buy it. This 2014 UV is outrageously delicious and may be the best Pinot Noir I have tasted in recent memory. Building on my notes from 2019, this wine is concentrated with a cornucopia of raspberry, warm blackberry fruit and black fruit jam. Perfectly balanced with notes of kirsch, hot stone, tea leaf and a gentle soft spice on the finish…this is AMAZING! Sadly, this is my last 2014.
