  December 19, 2021 - Drunk several days ago, no detailed notes, but this was lively, with tart fresh fruit over the expected gravelly tannins, mouthwatering, great dinner companion. Will try to be a bit more analytic next time...

  May 4, 2020 - PnP via Vinturi. This bottle seemed oddly different from the previous four - nice tart fruit nose, juicy fruit as noted in the past, high acid, but no tannin at all - made it feel rather heavy and sweet in the mouth. Will let it sit overnight and see if time and air helps.
  
  Update - much more balanced after 24 hours in decanter - something wrong with my mouth, maybe, as you would not expect tannins to firm up in the decanter. I gave this 89 the other night, will remove the score and try another bottle in a couple of months.

  January 6, 2019 - Bright nose of cranberry, tart red fruit, white pepper, maybe a hint of cinnamon? Palate follows, tart, tannins initially rough, smoothing out with time in the glass. Managed to avoid finishing it, interested to see how it develops over the next day or two.

  November 11, 2018 - Decanted for an hour and drunk with pan roasted lamb chops and roasted root vegetables. Nose of tart red fruit - currant, cranberry - also dry leaves, garrigue, sage. Palate invites with juicy unripe red plum, berries, peppery tannins. Fruitier in the mid-palate. Just gets better in the glass, quite spectacular. More please!
