July 20, 2021 - Very expressive Syrah from Washington state. This is robust with aromas of blueberry, olive and pepper. This savory red is full-bodied with a dark purple hue and the tannins and acidity are medium to high. The flavors are of blackberry, chocolate and a touch of spice on the fantastic finish.

July 5, 2020 - A bit too clean, no real character ( which is sad for a Syrah) obviously we’ll made though (technically speaking I guess)

June 20, 2020 - Really Excellent. Lots of tannin without overpowering

February 26, 2020 - For whatever reason, less breathing did this better,
lots of semi-restrained ripe plum and rich fruit, enjoyable. Threaded the needle: is elegant without being too overly-extracted...rather balanced. Better with richer food (tomato-based), but don't go too far down that road or it will overwhelm the elegance. This is drinking well now and should through 2020, beyond that, no promises. Felt like we got our money's worth on this, about $20.

September 17, 2019 - Agree with "SLAZ"...lots of ripe plum and rich fruit without being TOO fruit-forward, just restrained enough to be enjoyable. Touch of meaty taste to it, yeah maybe bacon...
