July 17, 2018 - Light color and nose; no strong citrus or grapefruit like a Sauvingnon Blanc. Medium fruit - apple, pear. Medium finish with some oak and mineral. Has softened a bit in storage.
Pairs well with seafood or a light pesto pasta. Would also work with roast chicken. Generally worth the $18. -
