April 12, 2024 - The densest and most concentrated Amarone I’ve tried, but so is the monumental tannic structure. They green harvest twice, takes 6-7 vines to make a single bottle. Blend of 55% Corvina, 15% Rondinella, 15% Croatina, 10% Oseleta & 5% Corvinone, 70-90 days of drying, 24 months in new US oak. Explosive intensity of kirsch, chocolate, liquorice, roasted herbal, prunes, potpourri, cigar box. Full body, dense and opulent but lighter than 2016, explosive and multidimensional, mid light acidity, sandy high grip tannins.

April 6, 2024 - This wine suffered when compared with all the old Amarones we had of the night - still could use some age on it to round it out some more, but a really lovely big bold wine.

February 26, 2024 - Just two words: pure strength and elegance.

Dark Ruby color, very intense and impenetrable.

Produced with 60% Corvina grapes, 20% Rondinella grapes, 10% Oseleta grapes and 10% Croatina grapes.

Nose: intense bouquet that opens with notes of overripe black fruit, embellished with hints of licorice, moka, leather, pepper and cocoa, enriched with pleasant fruity notes of plums and cherries.

On the palate it is enveloping, intensely aromatic and pleasantly soft, with strong but elegant tannins. Nuances of truffle, tobacco and new leather wrap around the finish.

The taste is full-bodied and generous, with a velvety and smooth tannic texture and has a superb and fascinating finish.

    95/100 points

October 16, 2021 - This wine is a flawless dream. I decanted for only 1.5 hours and it rapidly opened up to a dark, brooding bouquet of fruit and tar on the nose. I used my wine scent kit from Les Nez du Vin for the assist on the tasting notes. I was surprised by the incredible flavors of quince, black currant, prune, walnut, bell pepper, peppercorn, caramel and acacia. I will seek more bottles of this wherever possible.

November 7, 2020 - Amazing. Almost too good to drink great complexity. Great length will save the next bottle but drinking it was a win
