  May 23, 2023 - Dark deep garnet in color with a ring of brown. Nose of dark berries, blueberry, cherry, and a bit of oak. Second nose of vanilla and cola along with dark berries and raspberry. Smooth on entry and then a dry lingering finish. Dark berry and cherry flavors.

  February 6, 2023 - Thinner violet in color. Strong first nose of red berries and a hint of cigar box. Second nose of more red berries, cherry, vanilla, and oak. Red berry and cherry flavors with a tannic finish.

  December 7, 2019 - Pleasantly earthy nose of dark red fruit, leather & baking spice, nicely balanced palate of black cherry & stewed plum, rosemary, pepper and leather, muscular tannins, long, buttery finish. Excellent with rack of lamb, whipped potatoes and roasted asparagus.

  July 31, 2019 - 3.5 hour decant. Deep bright ruby magenta color. Baby powder, strawberry, plum and daisies on the nose. Smooth, dry palate. Full tannins on the medium long finish. This is a wonderfully quaffable Cabernet, although not exceptionally complex.
