February 18, 2018 - Perhaps the wine of the evening. Fantastic yellow color. Great acidity and balance. A rich and savory wine that went so well with our cheese course. 2013 was a tricky harvest for White Burgundy as the Indian summer lead to grapes picked either too early or too late. I would guess by the rich flavors and fatness this this was picked on the later side. Still a wonderful wine but due to what I suspect was a late harvest I wouldn’t expect it to age well.
