May 4, 2020 - Pale yellow color wine with light carbonation with some fresh fruit notes (peach, apricot) and some medium level of residual sugar. Drinks very well and very refreshing.

January 8, 2019 - Either I waited too long to have this or it was flawed. It smelled like freshly sliced carrots and the palate was overtaken by oily, pungent, orchard fruit overripeness.

February 11, 2018 - Wine&Food combinations, wine #3 (sweet food). Floral and sweet wine with light mousse. Nose with pears, elderberry and honey. Not suitable for too sweet desserts, high sugar makes the acidity weaker. Suitable for fresh and elegant desserts with fruit, berries, icecream sorbet etc.
