July 18, 2020 - 3 cm. Opened for 5 mins and consumed in 45 mins. Cock still in good condition and color still clear and relatively bright. Surprisingly fresh in the first 15-30 mins, with berry, sweetness and very elegant and, afterwards, turning to earth and sous-bois. Fabulous.
