November 24, 2018 - APPEARANCE: Dark red color
AROMA: Green pepper, pepper and dark berries on the nose
TASTE: Little bit of bite with blackberry jam. Took sometime open up, but feel this is at or just past its peak. Wasn't as quintessential as some other Zinfandel I've had -

February 25, 2016 - 2016 ZAP Trade Tasting, nose of blackberry, black cherry, plum, briar and a touch hot, more of the same on the palate, big fruit and big body, tasty and mouth filling, better than it's two siblings today, all are lovely Zinfandels, pair with Meatloaf or pizza, long, flavorful finish. $35 Retail makes it a deal!!
