September 17, 2016 - A subtle, not overly potent nose with small hints of wood and a little chocolate. Very little flavour to start, some flavour and very dry mid-way through tasting and at the finish. Dark fruit flavours and some chocolate on the palate. Strong, dry after-taste. Best paired with red meat. Cellaring may bring out the flavours.
