October 15, 2023 - From magnum. Light yellow color. Aromas of peach, pear, pinneaple, lemon. Medium+ acidity, taste of grapefruit, peach, pinneaple. Nice.

November 27, 2021 - Pale straw colour. Citrus, green pears, yellow apples, minerals. Clean, sharp acidity, minerals and crushed stone, fleshing out quite a bit in the middle. Aftertaste oily, with some bitterness and minerality, and still that lovely acidity. At its peak now, but no hurry to drink up. Very nice!
