Fresh lemon peel, white grapefruit, beeswax, and a healthy squirt of saline weave together on the palate. There’s bright acidity here, as well. This is a tasty white that would be great with all sorts of food. Grilled chicken and veggies would be perfect.

July 8, 2017 - Good, balanced body and structure, but a little lite and zephyrous on the tongue. Hints of ginger, citrus, mango.

May 27, 2017 - Impromptu Healdsburg Trip - Memorial Day Weekend (Healdsburg, CA): Lighter than the Arbeis on thebpalate but has a heftier nose. Viognier like but subdued. Peach, cream, canned peaches. Good acid. Med plus acid. No bitterness. Med body. Med alcohol.
