March 25, 2015 - a very mature bottle, but well balanced.

January 19, 2013 - This is why one should wait a few years before drinking one's chablis's. The fruit has developed from green and citric into av exotic blend of pinapple and honeydew melon.
In-mouth it's got a pretty full body, bringing the exotic aroma into it's taste as well. A little bit of balance and a sense of bitterness to it, that I would love to see gone.
Drink now or hold for a year or two. -
