  December 21, 2019 - Quick sip ES BK. Drank in Riedel Riesling stemless.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, gold colour. Thin legs.
  Nose medium intensity, with aromas of petroleum hints, citrus lemon peels, saline wet stones minerality. Developed.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of petroleum oil, honey cream, citrus lemon peel, salty saline wet stones and chalky. Medium finish.
  Good quality. Pleasant easy drink. Unique. Like a very light aged Riesling, without florals. Not for ageing. Drink up.
  Grape varietal Hondarrabi Zuri.

  Pero ¿esto qué es? ¿Un chacolí sin carbónico? ¿Un Riesling sin dulzor? Tiene notas ahumadas en nariz y algo de densidad en boca. Muy poco como para ser destacado.
