April 17, 2019 - Rich with bright cherry, lots of sweet-ish umami, cola. Warm, smooth, open, fully resolved with some dark smokey flavors and some bright acid. Very nice, full flavored Pinot. This has really opened up in the last 2 years, now a more new world style than most Fogline. Ready to drink. Very good in a full fruited style.

April 16, 2017 - Clear, bright cherry. Some tobacco, umami. Nice restrained style. Very good wine, but not good value for the price. Might benefit from more time in bottle.

Dark with black coffee, tar. Deep with smoky tannins. Dense, could use some mellowing. Not a finished wine.
