March 20, 2022 - I always need to open one of these when I've got to pull the trigger on another Rochioli SVD offer... This was among the older ones in my cellar and still holding up nicely. Color was showing some age. Beautiful fresh nose. On the palate, nicely balanced with good combo of fruit, acid and a deft touch of oak. Long finish, again balance is the key with a juicy acidity. Glad I got to this as it's probably peaking or maybe just past eight years in.

March 30, 2020 - straw yellow. Beautiful nose with pear, peach, apricot and vanilla. Medium body and a little flabby with pear, peach, apricot and a little oak. smooth body and finish. Could benefit from a little more acid.

February 9, 2019 - Rich luscious wine with ripe pineapple, mango and citrus oil flavors. Very much a California chardonnay in profile, and among the very best of this style
