  December 13, 2023 - Brioche, mineral, unique metallic nose. Bubble is strong at first but gets weak and fades away shortly. Gently acidic, simple and clear finish. Not bad but not for me, especially that metallic nose.

  April 21, 2023 - Really nice nose with apple, pear and peach. The palate with a very similar fruit profile. Minerals and notes of flowers. Very dry, refreshing and enjoyable, with good complexity, but I bet you can find the same quality at a lower price out there.

  April 12, 2023 - Very nice bubbly! When in Tuscany drink locally :) You won't be disappointed. Great value and impressively light and refined

  January 22, 2022 - This is quite a nice, easy drinking, light (and very pale) rosé. The nose is quite muted - notes of red fruit. On the palate it is crisp; wild strawberries and a mineral acidity in good balance. The finish is clean and a little drying. There's no great complexity here, but this would be an excellent party fizz. I rate it at the top end of good.
  
  And at the ~US$17.5 that I paid is quite decent QPR.

  March 29, 2021 - From 100% sangiovese, pale coral color, very dry with notes of strawberry and canteloupe. Texturally en pointe with a fine, persistent bead. Utterly fantastic with fried shrimp coated in parmesan cheese.
