June 21, 2023 - I can find no overt dating on the 375ml package. There's this: "NJZ30814654." Lol. (I'd give an extra point for more transparency.)
Alluring and scented of braised cabeza crust, almond bramble, and mint thatch. Loomed over by peppermint and soot. Quite busy! And yet, stoic in discipline. Uncompromising in its milled, chalky grip. Evident power in reserve of flavor. There's a tight bundle of fresh, feral botanical resins, structure, and oil that relaxes in a way curious and familiar: an intersection of improvisation and painstaking planning. Almond shell oil. Molé. Lemon. Scrubby herbs. Broiled copper. Overall, this is an articulate and balanced statement. Geologically transparent. Fresh. Drinkable. Thought-provoking.
