July 18, 2017 - Splash decant for 30 minutes. Dark crimson color. Black cherry fruit and smoked meat aromas. Cherry and plum fruit flavors, with that same meatiness. Enough acid to lift the finish. Very nice.

February 21, 2017 - PNP, drank over 2 nights. Dark red fruit and peppery aromas. Smooth texture on the palate. Bright red fruit with those same pepper notes. Very nice.
